David T. Shulick earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business from University of Delaware, Purnell School of Business in 1991. From there, he pursued a Juris Doctorate from Temple University, Beasley School of Law, earning Distinguished Class Performance in 1994.
For over 30 years, he has successfully represented clients in all types of legal matters taking on some of the largest corporations to right their wrongs while at the same time, aggressively pursuing adequate compensation for victims. His clients know that he will fight for their rights until justice is served.
David is also a paradigmatic example of service and leadership. He has been honored to serve Pennsylvania Governors on their Transition Committees and Task Forces, the Pennsylvania Legislature, and serve as a Board Member of many highly respected institutions, including but not limited to the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and Operation Understanding. His service also includes community based work for local synagogues, churches, non-profits and community organizations.
In addition to his legal experience and accomplishments, David has held officer and leadership positions with significant executive responsibility on multiple fronts in closely held family businesses involving sales, operations, mergers and acquisitions, product development, strategic operational and financial planning, governmental relations, omni-channel marketing, supply chain and logistics and organizational management. This hands-on corporate experience gives David a unique perspective as a lawyer which he uses to amplify the strategic approach he takes to litigation and other legal issues.
His proudest achievement is his family and the close relationships that he has built with those that he loves. He has been married to the same woman for over 20 years, Cherie, and together they have two beautiful daughters, Julia and Skylar.
When you hire David, you hire a passionate leader who uniquely understands what injustice feels like and he will fight to secure justice, making the legal system work for you.
