Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

How this website handles information, and the terms that apply to using it. Effective date: August 9, 2026.

About This Website

This website is operated by Shulick Law (“we,” “us,” or “the firm”). It provides general information about the firm and its experience. This website is attorney advertising.

No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship

Nothing on this website is legal advice. The information here is general in nature and may not reflect current law or apply to your situation. Do not act or refrain from acting based on anything you read here without seeking counsel.

Contacting the firm — by form, phone, or email — does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after a conflict check and a written engagement. Until then, do not send confidential or time-sensitive information.

Verdicts, settlements, and press coverage described on this site are records of past matters. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Information We Collect

Contact form: if you submit the contact form, we receive what you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, and a brief case synopsis. Providing it is voluntary.

Technical data: our hosting provider and content delivery network (Cloudflare) keep standard server and security logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. These logs are used for security and site operation.

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics profiles.

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, run conflict checks, and evaluate potential representation. Form submissions are delivered to the firm by email.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate this site and our email on our behalf (web hosting, Cloudflare, and Microsoft 365), or as required by law.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies: WordPress sets cookies for administrators who log in, and Cloudflare may set security cookies to protect the site. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Email

Email is not a fully secure medium. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, or medical details in an initial message; a brief description of your matter is enough.

Third-Party Sites

Pages on this site link to third-party resources such as LinkedIn, court records, and news publications. Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

Intellectual Property

The firm’s name, logo, and original site content are the property of the firm. Press clippings shown on this site remain the property of their respective publishers and are displayed as records of the firm’s coverage. Do not copy or reuse site content without permission.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Data Retention and Your Choices

We keep inquiry information as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for legal and professional-responsibility requirements. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, contact [email protected].

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a small firm website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Signed Documents and Electronic Signatures

Some pages let you fill out and electronically sign firm documents. When you do, we collect what you enter, your signature image, your name and email address, and technical details that document the signing (date and time, IP address, and browser). The signed document is emailed to the firm, emailed to you if you request a copy, and offered to you as a download. A server copy is kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically. By signing electronically you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature.

Changes to This Page

We may update this page from time to time. The effective date below reflects the latest revision.

Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising from use of this website are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
